-Visit to one of the National parks (Parco Nazionale del Gran Sasso e Monti della Laga, Parco Nazionale della Majella or Parco Nazionale d'Abruzzo)
-Cooking workshop "a la chitarra" (fresh pasta dish from Abruzzo) incl starter and dessert with chef Barbara Valletta (www.kookvakantie.com)
-Morning (electric) cycling through the hills with a visit to two authentic villages, including lunch, based on Eddy Buter (www.bike-italia.com )
-Visit to an olive farmer, including olive oil tasting
